Supply and Installation Contract
Tenders are invited for the supply and installation of exterior lighting (Stage 1) for the High Court of Australia Building in Canberra.
The High Court is seeking to replace the existing external light poles and luminaires with new energy efficient lighting with easier access to control components. Where required, poles shall be relocated to ensure luminaires are clear of trees and other obstructions. Some additional luminaires will also be installed on the roof of the building to illuminate aspects of the building which are not lit by the pole mounted lights.
The High Court is seeking contractors with previous experience in the supply and installation of external lighting systems, including poles and luminaires, in accordance with the tender specifications & plans.
The tender documentation consists of the Request for Tender, the Draft contract and the technical specifications and drawings. These are provided as PDF documents.
The Tender Schedules, which form part of the Request for Tender, have also been provided as a separate word document to enable tenderers to copy these and complete the requested information.
Tender responses should be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed "Supply and Installation of Exterior Lighting (Stage 1) for the High Court Building" and placed in the tender box at the Security Centre on the ground floor of the High Court Building, Parkes Place, Canberra, by 2pm on 30 October 2014.

Fire Protection Services Consultancy
Tenders are invited for the supply of consulting services to review and report on the fire protection, detection and response system for the High Court building, Parkes, ACT. The required services also include reviewing current asset maintenance and preparing documentation for asset replacements.
