Review of Registry Operations and Case Management System

The High Court is reviewing its registry operations and case management system with a particular emphasis on current and future electronic needs.

In addition to an internal review that is currently underway, the Court is seeking to obtain the views and assistance of external users of the system.  This online form has been prepared to allow an individual or entity to participate in that review.  The deadline for responses is Friday, 6 April 2018.

The online form is designed to organise the responses in a way that will both guide the user and help the Court.

The form includes questions asking you to identify what is critical to you when you use the Court's systems, what you like about the current system, and what you wish the Court's Registry and case management system provided.  The form also enables you to provide the Court with other comments about the Court's Registry and case management system, including your views on what changes you would like to recommend.

The responses you give to the Court are provided to help the Court with its work and will be used only for the purposes of the Court.  Your responses will not be published.

Court officers will ensure that all responses are recorded, reviewed and used in the review.  In addition to any responses recorded via the online form, we may contact some participants to discuss their responses further.  Not all participants will be contacted.

Your response will not be provided until you have pressed "Done".  The form does not allow for information to be saved and returned to in a later session, so the form will need to be completed in a single session.
