Information on applications for special leave, leave and removal dealt with by the Court is available on this page.

The lists of results of the applications determined are available below.

Applications may be determined either on the papers or at a hearing. The High Court Rules 2004 provide that the Court may determine these applications on the papers without an oral hearing.

In applications determined on the papers the Court publishes written reasons (dispositions) for their decisions.

Those applications which are heard have a transcript prepared. The transcript is made available on AustLII and on Jade.
