Information on fees payable for filing and hearing of cases and Registry Services are available on this page.

There are forms for applying for an exemption from payment of filing and hearing fees, or to pay the reduced financial hardship fee.

The High Court of Australia (Fees) Regulations 2022 provide for an annual increase. The new fees were Gazetted on 13 June 2025.
